How to make Pappardelle

Papparedelle is a paste in the form of a strip 1.5 centimeters wide and about 2.5 millimeters thick. They are a very rich pasta since the taste of pasta is quite noticeable as it is much thicker than spaghetti and is a delight for true lovers of fresh pasta. In this video we explain how to make papardelle and make them delicious.
