Leave the soaked chickpeas with salt for a whole day.


We clean the chard and we remove any dirt as well as the white stem. We pass them through the tap with cold water and reserve them.


In a pot, we pour some oil. Brown the onion and garlic. And when they are golden brown, we pour half a glass of white wine. We wait for it to reduce.


We pour the chard and chickpeas in the pot, and cover with water. We put salt and pepper and let cook for 30-45 minutes.
